Yahoo’s Q4 results beat the street’s view, which is good to see and continues the positive sentiment from Marissa Mayer’s recent arrival, yet it’s too early to start thinking that of a longer term revival may be is at play yet. Projected revenues are set within the range of $4.5bn and $4.6bn for this year whilst a 10% decline in display ad revenues in the fourth quarter, a key income source, is something that needs to be watched over the coming quarters.
